Returns
Please use the below for any product or returns queries
- Please note Wearwolf offer a 14 day returns policy, which gives you 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
- All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging, we also require proof of purchase to issue a refund. Any returns received damaged or worn will not be refunded.
- It's the customers responsibility to return their parcel using their own preferred courier service, please keep your tracking safe.
- When returning your item, please send this back in a sealed package and you must include your returns form. We recommend sending your parcel back to us using a tracked service.
- We ask to allow 14 working days for all returns/exchanges to be processed once received.
- Postage costs for delivery and returns are the customers responsibility and will not be refunded
